- Returns are accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Perishable items, free samples, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

Provide your order number, reason for the return, and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
- Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products

- Please provide photos of the product and packaging to expedite the resolution.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
The following items are not eligible for return:
